Most of the food menu is good but their sweet potato fries are a bit dry and poorly seasoned. Some of the staff members are not very approachable and have poor manners. That said, a few of their staff are very polite so it's a shame that this is let down by others who seem to be devoid of interpersonal skills. They need to improve customer service a lot. For the prices they charge, it's severely lacking. They will cater to food allergies where possible, but there has been at least one occasion where they've ignored this. I once ordered a coffee and I asked them to prepare it with almod milk, but it was prepared with diary milk. As is the case with a lot of things in Barbados, food allergies are not taken as seriously compared to other countries, so you have to be cautious and always question what you receive.
