Unprofessional, untimely and unable to answer the simplest of queries even when you refer them to the branch manager. I have several very simple queries that remain outstanding almost one year later, with repeated promises that I will receive a response soon. They take far too long to resolve transaction disputes. They question legitimate transactions without explanation. First Caribbean gets away with offering the most abysmal service with impunity. First Caribbean makes doing business in Barbados an absolutely nightmare and quite frankly it doesn't surprise me why so many people give up on doing business in Barbados. You can't even explain to these people how much they are killing the Barbadian economy because they neither care nor understand. How can Barbados compete with other countries when it literally takes months to open bank accounts or resolve simple queries? As for First Caribbean, AVOID THIS BANK.
